Winner Injury Law Firm's managing attorney Sang Min Lim grew up in Seoul, South Korea, before coming to the United States to attend Brown University, one of the Ivy League schools. During that time, he watched the popularity of K-pop music rise in the United States, which gave him the confidence to start a music career as a musician.

After receiving a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Economics from Brown University, he relocated to Los Angeles to start his music career and attend the University of Southern California (USC) Law School.

While attending the law school, Sang Min Lim participated in a number of programs, most importantly the Graduate Student Government and Student Bar Association. Also, he was given an opportunity to gain experience and knowledge in Personal Injury Law.

While pursuing his music career and working in different areas of law, he realized the importance of connecting with people’s lives and decided to make sure that he would be an attorney that works closely with clients. After receiving a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of Southern California (USC) Law School, Sang Min Lim became an attorney/lawyer by passing three bar exams on his first try: California Bar Examination, Nevada Bar Examination, and Uniform Bar Examination (UBE).

Sang Min Lim is a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Beverly Hills Bar Association, California Lawyers Association, Clark County Bar Association, and Nevada Justice Association.  Sang Min Lim is admitted to the United States Federal District Court for California and Nevada, California State Bar, and Nevada State Bar.
